I can remember when we first met

Back then, I couldn’t have known

How I could love someone so deeply, with all my heart

Where our love and faith in each-other have only grown

After all these years our love is still strong

You are the picture of beauty, through and through

At times, when I’ve let you down, you still believed in me

But that is just a part of the beauty of you

I can honestly say you are the best thing in my life

Your morning kisses are the smile I wear throughout all my days

I don’t know how I deserved someone so special

But I thank god for your friendship, love, and compassionate ways
